Mount Dora Seeks Residents for Code Enforcement Advisory Committee

At the April 6, 2010 City Council meeting, Resolution 2010-07 was approved to allow the creation of a citizen committee to discuss current Code development, processes, procedures, best practices, and enforcement. 

Based on their review, the committee will make recommendations to City Council pertaining to Code Enforcement operations.  The committee shall sunset 180 days after appointment of its members without further action of the City Council.

City residents may apply by completing the Board Application provided below.  The applications will be reviewed and appointments will be made by the City Manager.  The City Council will approve the appointed committee by majority consensus.

The Committee will serve under the Florida Sunshine Laws, making recommendations to City Council.
